This is a high-impact, senior-level role reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer in the US. As a senior member of the legal team, you will be responsible for leading legal support across Confluence’s commercial and regulatory activities in the UK and EMEA. The role involves managing complex legal matters including commercial contracting (particularly SaaS), corporate governance, data protection/privacy, compliance, and employment law. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, advise on legal risks, support global expansion efforts, and act as a strategic legal partner to the business.
